Where Do I Sign Up

Are you a full service company?

Yes and No. Our Bots are “full service"; however, you must supply us with the details of your request and our team will go to work for you.

How do I contact customer support?

How much are updates and new releases?

Updates and newly released products are included in your monthly fee. There are NO additional charges.

Will my monthly price increase?

Your monthly maintenance fee will NOT increase. All current website/BOT updates are included within the your monthly fee. SociaLegacy is always creating new products to assist you with the success of your business. These new products are always optional for you to use and may come with a small one-time fee if you choose to incorporate them in your business.

How do I cancel my service?

We have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is January 15th - February 15th. You need to cancel your ongoing services by February 14th. You have 90 days from the cancellation date to renew your service and avoid a new $500 set-up fee.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products and services, there is NO REFUND for products used or services rendered. If, however you feel the need to cancel your service we have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is January 15th - February 15th. You need to cancel your ongoing services by February 14th. Any remaining Partner Ecosystem payments will be paid out up to the date services were canceled.
