We use the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure which has a reputation of being a highly secure cloud computing environment. We also use 129-bit SSL encryption for all data transfer on our platform. We follow strict security protocols in all of our work premises. In addition, we backup all data on a daily basis.

A conversation occurs when a visitor interacts at least once with your chatbot. Simply opening (or automatically loading) your chatbot does not count as a conversation. Also, if your visitor opens your chatbot and then interacts with it multiple times, it only counts as one conversation. This applies to all the different kinds of chatbots (widget/embedded/full page/popup).

Your setup / *monthly payments will be made through automatic payments processed by our secure merchant, Stripe.com. *monthly payments begin 30 days after your initial setup fee and will continue monthly until canceled.

Your client id allows our team to access your account within our system.  It’s how we link your changes, billing and credits to your account.

Web accessibility involves following best-practices of website access, coding, display, and interaction — to ensure there are no barriers for those with disabilities. This would ideally allow all users to have equal access to both the information and functionality. ADA Compliance covers a broad range of areas, but we’re focusing on websites here. The accessibility standards and regulations set forth by ADA are not very specific when it comes to websites. This is where the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) come into play. The WCAG provides guidelines/documents for web accessibility, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) — which is the main international standards organization for the Internet. Thus, the WCAG is used until the Department of Justice properly defines regulations specifically addressing the accessibility of websites. For websites, ADA Compliance is essentially the following of specific techniques that WCAG provides guidance on.

We have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle is January 15th - February 15th. You need to cancel your ongoing services by February 14th.

Due to the nature of our products and services, there is NO REFUND for products used or services rendered.  If, however you feel the need to cancel your service we have a NO questions asked Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel your service you should do so by the end of your current billing cycle.
